Senior Account Manager

What you will do:

 

For the client, the event experience starts from the very first touch-point and is so important. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships while managing large-scale programs and multiple complex projects.  Ensuring that each and every touch-point of the delegate journey is considered, planned, and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll manage the project's overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s services. This will include but is not limited to account and project management, traveling to and hosting events. You will also work closely with the operations, registration, and travel team to ensure the overall success of the event.  Account Directors will assist you on all aspects of the project.

  • Encouraging the team and having a sunny disposition, and the ability to crack a joke is always welcome! Particularly when under pressure! 

 

Ideally, you also have:


A business degree or related qualification and 5  years of relevant experience.
